For large steam saunas in a hotel, spa or public swimming pool, you can combine a Tylo sauna heater with a Tylo VA steam generator. This enables you to offer traditional sauna bathing and the gentler sensation of a steam sauna in one and the same room. Another advantage of steam saunas is that this bathing form eliminates the problems associated with scorched panels that are such a common headache in public facilities. In other words, a steam sauna not only offers bathers more alternatives, it also helps minimise maintenance costs.

Tylo sauna rooms

Choosing the desired bathing mode is simple. Just key in the temperature and humidity values (for example, 45-65°C and 40-65% RH for steam saunas) on the control panel. These settings will then remain constant during the entire bathing cycle. Afterwards, an automatic air-drying function is activated to reduce humidity to a normal level.

Control panels CC

Electronic model for remote or touch control operation. May also be connected to an external switch or computer, or used to turn the sauna on and off via a phone line. Features include an energy-saving divided output and automatic drying function after a steam sauna. Control panels must be combined with a suitable sauna heater, relay box and steam generator as shown in the table below.

CC 20 (Art. 7121 3010)

Light diodes indicate temperature, humidity and time settings on a 1-10 scale. Max. 3-10 hours running time. 0-10 hour preset. Size: 100 x 150 mm, depth 30 mm. IP 24.

CC 300T (Art. 7111 5155)

Switchable to run between 0.5 and 24 hours and has a display that indicates temperature, humidity, remaining operating time, day and time. In addition the CC 300T is equipped with a switch for lighting, English instructions, and memory, security code and energy-saving stand-by functions. Thanks to the integral weekly timer, the CC 300T also offers optional automatic on/off operation and stand-by mode at preselected times on the days of your choice. The control panel can be operated from an external control point. Size: 130 x 190 mm, depth 27 mm. Protection class: IP 24.
