The challenge was to make a relatively small room useable and luxurious, making the most of the available space and light. The sauna was constructed using blonde Aspen wood panelling to the walls, ceiling and benches and a full glass frontage finished the room allowing more light to flood in, giving the bather the illusion of space. The lower bench was constructed all the way to the back wall with the wood panels laid vertically rather than the more usual horizontal panels. LED lighting behind the backrest gives the room a relaxing ambience.
Instead of a black fronted sauna heater, we installed the Tylö Expression 10 with a champagne coloured finish which helped with the illusion of space and all the accessories were from the Tylö blonde range.
